3-7 business day handling time before it is scanned at the Post Office.
Business days are Monday-Friday. In most cases, the post office hours when they are available to update tracking is typically the next business day because our package drop-offs are after hours. Post Office does not operate on Sundays and US Holidays.
We Ship Worldwide and Combine Shipping when you add products to cart and checkout.
Art is sealed and protected to ensure the package arrives in pristine condition. We do our best to make sure!
When the Post Office verifies the pickup and scans the package at their earliest convenience, you will be able to track and get the estimated delivery date using the tracking number provided.
Once the Post Office scans the package, it is out of our hands.
If the package does not arrive and it says that it has been delivered or has been over 7 days without a tracking number update, please contact your local post office to see the whereabouts of your package, or you may submit a lost package inquiry on USPS website at Missing Mail and Lost Packages
